These industries obtain their starting materials from crude petroleum either in one or the other way. Significant parts of basic petro chemicals are transformed to synthetic fibers, plastics or synthetic rubbers, such materials are also known as polymers. However the two classes of petro chemicals raw materials includes aromatics and olefins.
